Started in 2014 by entrepreneur Clive Luthuli, Arianna Accounting provides professional accredited accounting, auditing, business and tax consulting services and solutions.
Because the business has always been so close to his heart, Vusi chose to name it after his daughter, Arianna. This commitment to build for future generations inspires all that we do.
Our company is based in Mbombela in Mpumalanga – and we work to enable SMEs and businesses operating in this dynamic space of tourism; agriculture and logistics. We’re here to make a difference through cultivating vital economic growth for our clients and our country.

Clive Luthuli
Founder & Director
With over 21 years of experience in the financial and auditing industries, Clive holds an advanced Diploma in Accounting.
He is registered as a Business Accountant in Practice with the Southern African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA) and as a general tax practitioner with the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT). (Practitioner no. PR-51607348)
Clive works with his team to create the best possible customer experience and efficient service delivery for you. Rest assured you are in good hands.
Sipho Madonsela
Associate
Sipho completed his BCom in Accounting at the University of the Witwatersrand.
He is a qualified auditor with SAICA and completed his articles at PWC, focusing on auditing and financial accounting.
Before starting at Arianna Accounting, Sipho gained over 10 years of professional experience in compliance auditing and financial accounting.
Today he helps to manage our team of expert accountants, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards. His practice number is AGSA-10231.
Nifty Luthuli
Associate
Nifty has a BCom Accounting and a CTA from the University of the Witwatersrand. She completed her articles at KPMG.
Nifty coordinates the operations at our practice to ensure efficiency and compliance.
